FAQs

  • In order for us to be on the same page, I always complete a casual wedding contract with my couples. This is tailored to your unique wedding, and I'm always happy to discuss or edit any clause.

  • I require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking your wedding.

The remainder of the payment is due on or before your wedding day. Venmo or cash/check is preferred.

  • I do wedding photography because I love doing it, and so I am not the photographer you're looking for if you want a specific number of photos per hour. I will almost always edit more because I can't help myself.

Photos will be made available to you within four weeks of your wedding. The gallery will be available for at least 1 year after publishing, so make sure you download the photos you want by then or notify me if you need more time.

  • I typically consider anything outside of a one-hour drive (with reasonable traffic) a destination wedding. In the case of this, there will be a travel cost added to the package total, and if necessary, accommodation will also be added. We can discuss specifics in your pre-booking consultation!

  • I'm someone who will take charge of a huge crowd for the posed group photos, but also someone who likes to melt into the background for cocktail hour. I will follow your lead for how much you want me directing poses vs. letting photos be candid, and that can be different for different parts of your day.

My editing style is one that highlights the natural beauty in the moment. I don't use any color-changing filters and I won't overly smooth out your features. While I'm happy to edit out small blemishes at your direction, my style will always tend towards the natural.

  • I do not provide un-edited photos. This is for many reasons, primarily because it doesn’t represent my work and my art properly.

My editing style aims to be natural and warm. I don’t over-edit and smooth faces because that is not my style. If you ever feel that the end product of my photography does not represent you as you wish then I’m more than happy to re-edit within my abilities.
